Refunds & Cancellations
A refund can only be requested 1 week prior to the booking date and all processed refunds will incur a 25% admin fee.
The transfer of a booking requires 72 hours notice.
LGP rota staff based upon the number of bookings scheduled on its booking software and as such members of staff turn up as required on the day. LGP are of course committed to paying those members of staff for their time.
Unfortunately, If you are unable to attend your booking on the day, for what ever reason, LGP will not be able to provide any form of refund or transfer your booking as LGP must be able to cover its overheads.
